Founder & President
Our Mission
Victor Hugo López Hernández is the Founder and President of EXO Transit Corp, doing business as EXOGO (Exclusive Transport Operations), a transportation company licensed by the New York City Taxi and Limousine Commission (TLC Base License B03701).
He founded EXO Transit Corp and launched the EXOGO brand with a clear mission: to build a modern, technology-driven transportation company that empowers professional TLC drivers while delivering reliable, high-quality transportation services throughout New York City.
Under his leadership, EXOGO specializes in Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT), Access-A-Ride, and other specialized transportation services. The company provides drivers with flexible earning opportunities, operational support, and access to valuable industry benefits through affiliated programs, including The Black Car Fund.
Beyond managing daily operations, Victor is actively involved in developing innovative technologies that improve dispatching, driver efficiency, and the overall customer experience. His vision is to establish EXO Transit Corp and EXOGO as trusted leaders in New York City's transportation industry through innovation, transparency, and exceptional service.
